Kidbrooke Village Christmas Extravaganza

Here are some of the highlights of the day:

• Taste the world with our street food traders who will serve you a variety of dishes and snacks from different cuisines and cultures
• Be eco-friendly and get your own sustainable Christmas tree that you can pre-order online from Chealsons and collect on the day (with optional disposal service)*
• Visit Santa’s grotto and have a chat with the big man himself with the opportunity to take a photo with  him
• Play a fairground style game in the square. Show off your talent (or maybe luck) and win a prize
• Unleash your creativity and learn new skills at the arts and crafts workshops for children and adults. You can make some festive items, such as tree decorations or take part in the festive shadow puppet show
• Support local businesses and find some unique, handmade products at the craft and gift fair in the hub. You can browse and buy from a range of stalls, selling candles, ceramics, knitwear,      body products, greetings cards, paintings, toys and much more
• Warm up and relax with some mince pies & mulled wine that will fill you with seasonal cheer
• Get your friends and family together in the photobooth sponsored by L&Q,  use the props and take your own selfie as a memento of the day
• Watch a stunning dance performance by ‘Kidbrooke Kollective’ a local children’s dance group
• Laugh and clap along to the Chaplin’s Pantomime who will be performing ‘Cinderella’ - the classic fairy tale with a twist*
• Witness the grand finale of the event with the Christmas lights switch on and a lovely local school choir that will sing some festive songs
